Goddess Energy is a live mantra meditation album compiled of original and cover songs that were live-streamed earlier this year on the Insight Timer meditation app. Recorded entirely on a Boss RC-505 looper, Goddess Energy features field recordings of trickling streams, ocean waves, and birds, layered with looping vocals, delicate harmonies, ethereal synthesizer, and strummed ukulele.
The mantras in this collection are devoted to Divine Feminine energy. When listened to or repeated, these mantras connect the listener to this divine energy within themselves.
Each track can be listened to as a sound healing meditation on its own, or listen to the whole album for a transformational listening experience. The soothing vibes are ideal for accompanying a meditation, yoga class, or psychedelic journey.

It’s going to be super cozy and intimate, snuggly and healing, with hot teas, sound healing, and massage. I’ll lead us in some vocal toning and then play a sound bath featuring songs from the album 🌀🌊🎶
During the live sound healing session, participants are invited to get cozy in the space and interact with the glass teardrop installation by sculpture artist Yvette Kinyon. Healers will roam about the upstairs rooms giving hands-on tuning and massage.

Wow, my first album. It’s not at all how it was in my childhood fantasies. It’s live and imperfect, self-produced, and it feels like I’m birthing my first child. I am terrified and excited. This album is a result of my own personal healing and recovery during pandemic isolation.
I began sharing virtual sound healing sessions on the Insight Timer app last March 2021 and was pleasantly surprised by the full and blossoming audience I attracted there. The positive feedback from the community inspired me to commit myself and I continue to offer these journeys weekly. These songs are taken straight from those live sessions.
I have curated and edited down the mantras and songs that felt ready to be shared. Many of the sessions came from our May theme of the divine feminine, hence the name Goddess Energy. The album is meant to connect you to nature and your goddess within. May you feel held and nourished by Divine feminine love radiating through medicine melodies, ocean waves, vocals, hummingbirds, spontaneous creativity, and compassion.
I hope it brings you serenity and a feeling of comfort within.
