Yoga of the Voice sessions consist of simple breath and vocal practices that have the capacity to transform your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies, especially when practiced regularly.
Sessions can be done privately or as a group; they include a combination of breath work exercises, deep listening & vocal meditations, humming, vocal toning, call-and-response mantra & chanting, and singing circle medicine melodies. Sessions are accompanied by live instrumentation on shruti box, harmonium, singing bowls, ukulele, drums, shakers, chimes, and more.
Longer sessions open with gentle yoga stretches and qigong movements and close with a sound bath of singing bowls, chimes, and a variety of sound healing instruments.
